Refund policy

Returns:
We try really hard to make sure everything is perfect but mistakes can occasionally happen. In an unfortunate case of receiving a wrong item or if a significant flaw was missed in the description we accept returns and issue full refund. Please contact us via secondfirstcontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of received item to arrange return.
No returns on size issues since a range of measurements are given.
No returns are accepted based on color, because actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Handling a return:
If you do need to return an item for whatever reason please get in touch as soon as possible, returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. To qualify for a refund returns must arrive back unworn, with original packing and in the same state as they were originally posted.
Once we receive your returned parcel we will then process your refund to the payment type from which the original payment was made. Refunds are normally issued within 1-2 working days from receiving your returned item.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
